Dr. William A. Booth, Ph.D., serves as the Associate Chair and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Baylor University's School of Engineering and Computer Science in Waco, Texas. Holding a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and an M.S. in Computer Science from Baylor University, Dr. Booth has an exemplary academic and professional background.
